- Searching for a keen and energetic Area Manager to join the P'Nut Street Noodles family - The Sauce of Real Asian Street Food._
The P'Nut Vision: To take Australia on a Real Asian street food journey - one slurp at a time. P'Nut is no ordinary noodle house. The first and only street noodle restaurant in Australia to use authentic, made-from-scratch sauce bases directly from Thailand, without preservatives or nasties - allowing Australians to experience REAL traditional street food without having to leave the country!
With 12 venues in NSW & QLD and growing quickly, P'Nut Street Noodles are searching for an Area Manager who will be responsible for 3-4 stores in the Brisbane region, with room to grow.
**The role**:
You will never get bored in this job, working with and mentoring your team to build and maintain a strong culture, ensuring that we strive towards extraordinary customer experience. You will be responsible for the operations of 3-4 allocated P'Nut Street Noodles restaurants, including overall management, customer service, human resources, training, LSM marketing, POS system, sales and profitability.
You will need to be hands-on in this role across all your restaurants. Ready to step in on floor during busy hours - seeing and responding to the customer experience directly. You will have accountability for your restaurants operational performance and serve as one of the main decision makers for our restaurants.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop & ensure compliance of P'Nut Street Noodles policies, procedures & operating systems
- Create & maintain strong relationships with staff, managers & all stakeholders
- Model & ensure the Culture, Brand & Values are upheld across all your stores to ensure consistency
in product quality/service & presentation
- Set sales targets for all restaurants & conduct regular compliance/briefings with Restaurant Manager's & staff
- Meet & report on KPIs, targets, budgets etc
- Manage & motivate your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience every time
- Oversee store recruiting with Restaurant Manager & ensure training is conducted according to procedure
- Oversee weekly schedules/rosters with restaurant managers as per budgets
- Motivate staff to drive sales & profitability by conducting competitions & incentive programs
- Implementation of management's marketing plan, including brand & local marketing such as visits to schools, charities & local businesses
- In the absence of Manager, supervise & manage restaurant as needed
- New Store opening and assist brand with franchising
**What are we looking for**:
- Someone that is truly passionate about P'Nut Street Noodles Vision & Values, with the drive & ability to embed it in all you do
- An ambitious, self-starter, with some management experience in the QSR industry
- Venue manager experience of a multi-store chain or franchise
- Ability to work under pressure & make confident decisions as required
- Flexible & proactive by nature, with ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisational, communication & people skills
- Capable and keen to grow within in the business
