We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-oriented Crew Member to join our team. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service and preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork and wants to grow their skills in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and drink orders using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and ensure a positive dining experience.
* Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items, including grilling patties, assembling burgers, and plating orders according to company standards and recipes.
* Cash Handling: Process payments (cash and credit card) quickly and accurately, managing your till throughout the shift.
* Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms, strictly following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Inventory Management: Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory, including condiments, supplies, and ingredients, and inform management of low stock.
* Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management, working together to ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Pace: Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Reliability: Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until completion.
* Food Safety: Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus (Food Handler's certification is an advantage).
