Occupational Therapist (Graduate/Mid Level ) – Newcastle
Flexible OT role in Newcastle. Choose your caseload, enjoy strong support, great culture and real career development. Graduate to mid-level welcome.
Flexible Caseload | Paediatrics, Adult or Mixed | Newcastle, NSW
I'm currently working with a well-established, privately owned allied health provider in Newcastle to recruit an Occupational Therapist at graduate to mid level. This is a genuinely flexible opportunity with a respected clinic that puts real focus on culture, development and work-life balance.
One of the biggest drawcards of this role is choice. You can shape your caseload around what you enjoy most, whether that's paediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or a mixed caseload - rather than being forced into a model that doesn't suit your interests.
Why This Role Stands Out
This organisation has been supporting the Newcastle community for over 20 years and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality therapy services across NDIS, DVA, aged care, CTP and lifetime care. Their continued growth has come from strong referrals, excellent clinical outcomes and a genuinely engaged team.
You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit group of clinicians who work hard, support each other and enjoy coming to work. The leadership team is approachable, hands‐on and invested in creating an environment where therapists can thrive, not burn out.
The Opportunity
This role offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to design a caseload that aligns with your interests, strengths and long‐term career goals.
You'll receive structured supervision, mentoring and clinical support, along with strong administrative and allied health assistant backing, so you can focus on delivering great therapy rather than getting buried in admin.

* Work‐from‐home options

* Regular supervision and mentoring
