General Manager, Client Engagement and Resourcing

We specialise in providing NDIS, Aged Care, and State-based community and residential services. The General Manager, Client Engagement and Resourcing is a role within Disability and Specialised Services and is accountable to the Director, Projects and Business Support for:
providing oversight and operational leadership of intake, eligibility, service agreement development and service planning functions to ensure timely and person-centred access to services
leading workforce and infrastructure planning to align staffing, facilities, and systems with current and future service delivery needs
driving resource optimisation, workforce analytics and rostering to ensure services are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with client goals and funding arrangements.

Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required
Must hold a current Australian issued driver's licence (equivalent to minimum class C)
