Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Delivery Manager located in Brisbane, QLD. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of service delivery, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Responsibilities include managing service delivery processes, addressing customer service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient service management. The role will also involve evaluating service performance metrics and implementing continuous improvements.
Qualifications
* Experience in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery
* Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
* Knowledge in IT Service Management
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in the disability support sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
