Maali Group is currently seeking experienced and self-motivated Site Supervisors to join our team in the Goldifields to deliver projects in the dewatering sector which will consist of the below:
- HDPE pipe installation in a mining environment.
- Managing critical works such as pipe installation from the top of a pit wall to the pit floor.
- Installation of HDPE below ground.
- Below ground pump stations maintenance.
- Flushing and hydrotesting pipelines as per site requirements.
- Managing the installation of bore pumps, decant pump and associated equipment.
- Managing the installation of flow monitoring stations.
Key duties of this role include:
- Ensure the successful delivery of assigned project.
- Ensure effective utilisation and management of plant and equipment resources.
- Liaise with client representatives over site-based issues, working towards time efficient resolutions.
- Manage site-based activities involving direct labour, subcontractors, and materials to ensure all safety, quality and time requirements are met.
- Review construction planning and monitor progress to ensure it is on schedule and within quality, time and cost estimates.
- Regularly liaise with Leading Hands and workers to ensure compliance to specifications, safety, quality and efficiency.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce use of all Maali Group systems, processes and procedures.
- Implementation of project quality systems ensuring quality of works and documentation is being undertaken.
- Ensure regular reporting expectations are met for the client and Maali Group.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Trade qualification and/or experience in building and construction related discipline as required.
- Minimum 5-years Supervisory experience.
- Schedule 26 Certification.
- Construction induction white card.
- Current Australian 'C' class manual Drivers Licence.
- Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual, and human resource management skills.
- Strong proven qualities of leadership, integrity, loyalty, and performance management.
- Proven performance on successful projects with an exemplary safety track record.
