You'll work with a team of dedicated allied health and client support professionals, collaborating on treatment plans and sharing knowledge to contribute to a holistic care approach for our wonderful clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help children achieve communication milestones such as communicating their wants and needs, enabling them to participate in everyday activities.
* Educate parents, carers and others around the child to support communication and language development.
* Support children to speak clearly and correctly, ensuring peers can understand them.
* Treat stuttering and articulation disorders to promote fluent speech.
* Address literacy, reading and writing difficulties, working alongside teachers and schools.
* Teach children essential skills for managing food and drinks safely.

Requirements:
* Completing a degree in Speech Pathology.
* Eligible for SPA registration upon graduating.
* Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating by early 2025.
* Holding a full valid driver's license, access to your own vehicle with third party insurance.
* A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
* A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
* A NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
* A First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
