SyncUp is partnering with a well-established commercial builder known for delivering projects that shape Perth's skyline.
With a solid pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
to oversee the delivery of multiple projects and lead site and project teams to success.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage full construction lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Managers, and Contract Administrators
Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
Oversee safety, compliance, and risk management across projects
Report to senior leadership on progress, resourcing, and financial performance
What We're Looking For
Proven track record as a Construction Manager (or Senior PM ready to step up) in commercial construction
Experience managing large-scale projects ($20M–$100M+) across sectors such as education, health, retail, or industrial
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
