Overview
As a result of growth in our business, we are looking for a recruitment/talent guru to source top talent for Gough! Based in Surry Hills and working 30 hours per week, this is a hand‐on Talent Acquisition role focused on sourcing and securing high‐calibre recruitment professionals across all levels and locations at Gough Recruitment.
You'll partner closely with the CEO and Group People & Operations Manager, build talent pools, run proactive search campaigns, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer and onboarding.
Success in this role is measured by achieving a minimum of 3 placements per month, while strengthening Gough's long‐term talent pipelines and employer brand.
Responsibilities
* Source, screen and shortlist candidates for current vacancies across Gough (all locations and levels).
* Proactively build and nurture talent pools using LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, referrals and networks.
* Manage end‐to‐end recruitment workflows: advertising, screening, interview scheduling, references, offers and pre‐boarding.
* Partner with leaders on role prioritisation and weekly recruitment reporting.
* Track recruitment metrics (time-to‐shortlist, time-to‐hire, source effectiveness) and maintain data integrity in the CRM/ATS.
* Support onboarding administration in partnership with the Group People & Operations function and office leaders.
* Complete VEVO checks and coordinate visa processes with migration agents where required.
* Partner with Marketing to support attraction activity and consistent EVP messaging (LinkedIn activity, collateral updates, reputation management).
Qualifications
* Proven capability in talent sourcing and relationship‐led recruitment (internal TA or agency background welcome).
* Strong interest in the Real Estate, Property, Construction and Development sectors.
* Confident communicator with a high‐touch, candidate‐first approach.
* Highly organised, disciplined and data‐focused (you care about process, accuracy and reporting).
* Commercially minded with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* Professional, discreet and trusted with confidential information.
* Desirable: 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and/or exposure to real estate and property markets.
