Overview
Are you passionate about women’s fashion and thrive in a customer first retail environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Boutique Manager to join our vibrant team at Kindred Spirit Boutique and Gift and manage one of our Southwest stores – Busselton/Vasse.
What you will be doing
* Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
* Manage store presentation and visual merchandising to showcase the latest trends and offer
* Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and report reorder requirements with support of the wider leadership team
* Driving KPI’s including sales targets and customer metrics
* Handle rostering, staff training, and drive performance of your team
* Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in retail fashion management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Exceptional customer service and sales abilities
* Natural style and a passion for fashion trends
* Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously
* Experience with POS systems and inventory management
* Flexible availability, including weekends.
