About the Role

In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with the Boutique Manager and team to elevate our skincare range. Your primary focus will be driving growth through personalised consultations, tailored guest experiences, and engaging in boutique events. Your expertise will be key in increasing and maintaining the boutique's skincare performance. You will need to have flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver precious signature moments like hand massages, beauty consultations and facials.
* Develop and share expertise in L'Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
* Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
* Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
* Master POS and clientele systems while representing the brand at events.
* Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

About You

* You have at least 2 years retail or beauty therapy experience.
* You are a team player, professional and results driven.
* You deliver exceptional guest experience.
* Demonstration of practical ability of skincare demonstrations/consultations (comfortable touching a client's skin).
