Clarity Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our vibrant team in our Bendigo, VIC clinic.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
The role can be either fulltime or part time and you can start immediatley.

What you'll be doing
* Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by handing them instruments, mixing materials, and maintaining a sterile work environment
* Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
* Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
* Working closely with dentists, hygienists, and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
* Managing patient records, scheduling appointments and other reception duties as needed.
* Ensure that appointments and dentist schedules are managed efficiently
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience
* Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols and regulations
What we're looking for
* Relevant experience as a Dental Assistant
* A Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team
* Proficiency in using dental equipment and software - (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
