Job Description
Lead the service management and infrastructure function, covering team leadership, planning, vendor oversight and performance management.
Oversee key ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, configuration and asset management.
Act as Major Incident Manager and ensure strong governance over all technical changes.
Manage performance of suppliers delivering end‑user, workplace and infrastructure services.
Drive platform roadmaps, technology upgrades and replacement of end‑of‑life systems.
Ensure platform compliance, risk reduction and collaboration with security and architecture teams.
Provide specialist advice, act as an escalation point and engage stakeholders at all levels.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager, Service Management & Infrastructure Services should have:
Proven leader in IT service management and operations within complex, multi‑vendor environments.
Experienced in leading teams through organisational and technology change.
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (certification highly regarded).
Skilled in workplace, infrastructure and cloud technologies (particularly Microsoft and Azure).
Strong governance, incident leadership and risk management capability.
