Communications Business Partner role at Randstad Australia
Overview
Randstad Australia is seeking a Communications Business Partner to join our Melbourne team. This role supports the organisation to achieve its strategic plan through effective communication. You will work with various business directorates to achieve their strategic and operational priorities.
Contract & Location
* 6 month contract with possibility of extension
* 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
* East Melbourne Office location, close to Parliament station
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Internal Communication Strategy: Contribute to the development of the organisation's internal communication strategy to engage, inform, and inspire our people.
* Create Content: Prepare written communication, including newsletters, stories, social media content, and speeches.
* Improve Channels: Support team leaders with continuous improvement and monitor the effectiveness of communication channels.
* Implement Innovative Solutions: Execute new and innovative ways to communicate business strategy, brand values, programs, and initiatives to staff.
* Collaborate and Support: Work closely with business clients and leadership to monitor employee engagement.
What We\'re Looking For
* Experience: A minimum of five years in a communications role with prior experience in internal communications and employee engagement. You should have a proven track record of developing change and communication solutions.
* Skills: Exemplary written, verbal, and advisory skills are essential. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, or a relevant degree is required.
* Tools: Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft and other communications tools for internal communications, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage, is necessary.
