Job Title: Experienced IT Support Coordinator
Job Description:
* Provide on-site technical support to users across the organization.
* Perform routine network patching between switch and wall ports.
* Conduct basic network cable tracing to assist network engineers.
* Connect network consoles under the direction of senior engineers.
* Support and troubleshoot Windows systems.
* Install applications via SCCM and Intune platforms.
* Assign security groups to facilitate device and app deployment.
* Rebuild computers according to established processes.
* Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using Ivanti ITSM tool.
Requirements and Experience:
* Proven experience in a desktop support or field support role (Level 2/3).
* Strong knowledge of Windows, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
* Familiarity with network fundamentals (cabling, patching, basic tracing).
* Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Ivanti preferred).
* Ability to follow structured processes and work independently.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
