About the Role
HealSoul is seeking dedicated and compassionate female Disability Support Workers to provide both at-home and in-community services, supporting our customers to live as independently as possible.
Shifts available now:
* Must be available every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
* Immediate start for candidates with at least 1 year of experience working with children or young adults with disabilities.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months' experience supporting clients with epilepsy, behaviours of concern, and/or complex needs
* At least 1 year of experience supporting children or young adults with disabilities (required for Friday shift)
* Compassionate and respectful approach to personal care and domestic duties
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID011) or willingness to obtain before commencing
* Willingness to provide an NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance
* Proficient English and good communication skills
* Physical capacity for manual handling tasks
* Computer and interpersonal skills
* COVID-19 vaccination record (2 doses + booster)
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster including days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers, and weekends
Only female staff are required for Disability Support Worker Position
Shift Day: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Immediate start must be available with at least 1 year expierence with disabilites in kids/ young adults.
