We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy and contract management for our operations in the Pilbara region. The role ensures the effective administration of contracts, drives commercial performance, and fosters strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
* Prepare and manage agreements, communications, and variation claims.
* Provide expert advice on contract terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.
* Update pricing for monthly fuel adjustments and annual rise and falls.
* Apply a deep understanding of business drivers and market trends to guide commercial decisions.
* Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and additional contracted services.
* Support tender development and responses in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Deliver customer-centric solutions that meet expectations and drive value.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum 10 years' experience in logistics, mining, or transport sectors is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, or equivalent is also necessary. Strong knowledge of Commonwealth/State contracts and commercial legislation is essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
