What you willdo as the Assistant Director - Operations andKnowledge
In thisrole, you will:
- Lead and manage ageographically dispersed team including developing, coachingand mentoring staff, and building commitment to sharedgoals
- Effectivelycommunicate and manage internal and external stakeholders,creating trusted partnerships with key businessstakeholders
- Coordinate andmanage priority activities, including budget processes,reporting, ensuring timelines and deliverables aremet
- Initiate andimplement innovation and improvements of existing businesspractice to achieve efficiency.
Aboutyou
In orderto succeed in the role, you will have:
- Sound experience inleading and managing a geographically dispersed team includingdeveloping, coaching and mentoring staff, and buildingcommitment to shared goals
- Advancedcommunication skills and ability to manage internal andexternal stakeholders, creating trusted partnerships with keybusiness stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Demonstratedability to manage and coordinate priority activities, includingBudget processes, reporting, ensuring timelines anddeliverables are met
- Demonstratedability to initiate and implement innovation and improvementsof existing business practices to achieveefficiency.
