About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Bus Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our bus operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily bus services, managing student bus schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to parents and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate records of student bus schedules and bookings.
* Provide excellent customer service to parents and staff via phone and email.
* Liaise with bus drivers to ensure efficient and safe transportation of students.
* Process and verify passenger attendance reports in accordance with Department Main Roads requirements.
* Work closely with the Bus Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

* High level of organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent.
