Location: Northern WA – Kimberley region (approximately 220 km north‐east of Broome, population 3,511). The hospital has a 35‐bed capacity including a 7‐bed midwifery‐led maternity unit with 2 birthing suites and is staffed by District Medical Officers who collaborate with rotating junior doctors.
Contract: 02/06/2026 – 27/11/2026. Temporary position with a 2‐week minimum notice period.
Salary: AUD 2,700 per month (or $2,700.00/day).
Role: Senior Medical Officer in General Practice. Responsibilities include providing primary health care services, managing patient consultations, and contributing to hospital healthcare delivery.
