Job Title: Senior Security Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Staff to provide leadership and direction to the Security Team at Wollongong Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and sound judgement in relation to security risks and incidents.
This role requires a high level of integrity, trust, service, and accountability, with a strong commitment to upholding security standards and protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and preparing documentation related to security incidents, rostering approvals, and supervising the Security Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Security Team at Wollongong Hospital, ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors.
* Review and prepare documentation related to security incidents, including incident reports and investigation findings.
* Roster approval and supervision of the Security Team, including shift planning and personnel management.
Requirements:
* Applicable vaccination requirements for Category A roles.
* Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
* Current Class 1A NSW Security Licence.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
