About the role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Unit Manager for our Recovery and Day of Surgery Admissions (DOSA). The role provides operational and clinical leadership, management and direction for Recovery and DOSA working collaboratively with all teams to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to elective and emergency surgery patients.
We are looking for
2. Current AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualification in Perioperative nursing
3. Minimum of 5 years postgraduate nursing experience of which at least 3 yers must be at a leadershp or management level
4. Demonstrated experience in Anaesthetics and Recovery nurisng and Day Procedure
5. Demonstrated excellent leadership and management skills
6. Great communication, organisational and time management skills
