We are looking for male/female support worker in the South East of Melbourne Victoria (Springvale, Keysborough, Clayton etc) and the west side as well (Footscray, St Albans or Sunshine)
the role will see you on the front-line providing daily support to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in Group homes, Respite, in-home, community & Lifestyle and Leisure programs. What we are looking for:
You will need the ability to be flexible and resilient in various challenging situations
Have experience with personal care & medications
Demonstrated experience with low to moderate complex behaviours
Be able to work a 24/7 hr rotating roster which will include on call and emergency shifts
What you need:
Current police check and working with children check or be willing to obtain these
Current Australian Drivers License and be willing to transport people in your car when required
Current First Aid and CPR qualification or be willing to obtain these
