We are seeking an organized and energetic Assistant Property Manager on a casual basis to support our residential properties in East Brisbane and Stafford. This role offers flexible schedule and is perfect for someone looking to gain hands‐on experience in property management. No certification required. Property Management Experience is valued, but not required.
The Role Involves
* Inspections: Conducting and documenting routine property inspections.
* Tenant Support: Assisting with open house inspections and the tenant procurement process.
* Maintenance: Organizing cleaners and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
* Admin: Monitoring and following up on tenant rental payments (arrears management), lease renewals and general administrative duties.
You Must Have
* A current Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
* Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility for casual hours.
