This includes resolving medication related issues, completing the Medication Reconciliation Process, providing medicines information and counselling, general dispensary duties and production service activities.Training is provided to assist in developing your career with us. Formal and informal learning opportunities exist within Hunter New England and the local health district.If you have a good eye for detail, are keen to learn, motivated and would like to gain experience in a hospital pharmacy department, this job is for you!
