About the role
Rosebank Engineering is looking for a Painter to support our growing Surface Treatment division. The ideal candidate will be focused on quality, be flexible and thrive on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Applying paint coatings as per our customer and internal specifications.
* Ensuring compliance to technical specifications and agreed delivery schedules.
* Completing records following our internal quality requirements.
* Overseeing stock requirements of paint consumables and minimising wastage.
* Contributing to the maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of the paint facility.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Relevant trade qualifications.
* Technical experience in aerospace production and/or high-end restoration and painting environment is preferable.
* A good work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Professional, friendly, energetic, positive and customer focused.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Drive, passion and dedication to achieve results.
