Our team requires an experienced Onsite IT Support professional to provide technical assistance on desktop/network issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of firewall replacement, desktop, network, onsite IT technician, Onsite IT engineer, field engineer, and EUC support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly. They will also be required to travel to various locations to resolve technical issues.

* Experience in Firewall replacement
* Exp in handling desktop/network issues
* Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
* Install patches
* Software and Hardware Break Fix
* Well versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification)
* Basics of Wifi
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
* Install and administer MS Office

Required Tools:
* Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used, make sure drivers are properly installed
* Laptop should have following program/software installed
* Putty
* Team Viewer
* TFTP server
* Screw Driver Set
* Internet data Card
