Venue Manager – South Australia
Location: Adelaide, South Australia
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high‐performing team, fostering a culture of progression, teamwork and accountability.
- Drive venue performance by managing sales, customer experience, safety, labour, cost of goods sold and key performance indicators.
- Deliver an unforgettable experience by coaching the team, responding to feedback and ensuring seamless operational flow.
- Serve as a safety leader, overseeing procedures, managing risk and ensuring compliance across all operations.
- Develop and grow the team through training, coaching and leadership programs.
- Maintain and improve venue presentation, cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with support office teams to execute national strategies and elevate the BOUNCE experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast‐paced, customer‐driven environment (hospitality, retail, fitness, recreation or similar).
- Experience leading, coaching and mentoring young teams, especially 16‐24‐year‐olds.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue, control costs and hit performance targets.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution‐driven approach to challenges.
- Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Resilience and adaptability, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Hands‐on attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
