About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Tasmania. The role involves leading the establishment, operationalization, delivery, and continuing improvement of contemporary and integrated models of care for children and/or young people who are experiencing/at risk of mental health difficulties.
The Key Responsibilities Include:
* Contributing to the development of high-quality clinical services that meet the needs of children and young people.
* Providing leadership and strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams.
* Liaising with other health professionals, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
