Salesforce Solution Developer Position
Are you a skilled developer looking for a challenging opportunity to utilize your expertise in Salesforce? We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Developer to join our team.
This position will involve working as part of a skilled, multi-discipline scrum team to deliver Salesforce-based solutions for a major transformation project. You will be responsible for setting design standards, reviewing designs, and building strong, reusable, high-performance Salesforce Vlocity solutions. In addition, you will ensure that solutions follow governance and coding standards through reviews.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity, including Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors. You should also have knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), frameworks, and design patterns. Experience building and using integrations (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events) is also essential.
In this role, you will be working on one of the largest Salesforce ecosystems in the southern hemisphere. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce Vlocity components, working with other developers, UI/UX specialists, solution architects, and accessibility experts. You will also use your Salesforce Vlocity knowledge to promote best practices and share knowledge with the team to improve skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Salesforce and has a keen interest in accessibility and experience in accessible design and development. If you have experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices, it would be beneficial. Successful delivery of at least 4+ Salesforce CRM projects using agile methods is also desirable.
