Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to handle day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining accurate records, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
* Process transactions and manage cash flow
* Prepare financial reports and statements
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
Requirements
* Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial record management
* Experience with accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, QB's)
* Knowledge of finance concepts and compliance requirements
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Accounting or Finance
