THE ROLE The Orange Door Site Manager is a strategic and operational leadership position in The Orange Door Network that reports to the Hub Manager. The Orange Door team includes a combination of staff employed by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), Community Service Organisations (CSOs) and Aboriginal Services who work across the Network. The network consists of primary premises and access points to ensure people can access the support they need in their local community. Within this context, the The Orange Door Site Manager will work together with the Hub Manager, The Orange Door Team Leaders and Practice Leaders, and play a key role in driving a culture of integrated practice and service delivery at the access point. Under the direction of the Hub Manager, The Orange Door Site Manager will be responsible for managing FSV staff in The Orange Door, will provide day-to-day operational leadership and support consistent service delivery, ensuring that policies and procedures, standards and guidelines are understood and adhered to by The Orange Door workforce. Work location: Primary site: 973 Nepean Highway, Bentleigh East Other sites: Hastings and Frankston ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Under the direction of the Hub Manager, the Hub Leadership Group and other relevant local stakeholders and governance groups lead and contribute to strategic planning for The Orange Door and oversee change management initiatives to develop The Orange Door in line with The Orange Door service model. Provide sound judgement and authoritative advice to the Hub Manager on risks, priorities and operational matters for consideration by the Hub Leadership Group and FSV.
