Job Description
As part of a newly centralized function, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Resource Planning Analyst. This position will play a crucial part in assessing and optimizing workforce requirements across multiple telecommunications projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to create and present analytics results in a polished and succinct form. Experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power Query, is highly desirable. Additionally, knowledge of external data imports and endpoints, as well as SAP and Maximo experience, would be a significant advantage.
In this role, you will work closely with project teams to analyze workforce and subcontractor utilization, report on gap analysis and subcontractor utilization to optimize workforce performance, monitor resource availability, and liaise with operational teams to ensure optimal use of personnel. You will also develop and maintain resource management plans and schedules, as well as analyze and present reports on resource utilization and compliance status.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to create and present analytics results and insights in a highly polished and succinct form.
* Experience adhering to and driving best practice processes, procedures, frameworks, and standards that comply with policy and governance.
* Proven experience in workforce planning/resource scheduling, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
* Highly confident using Microsoft Suite, particularly Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power Query.
* Knowledge of external data imports and endpoints, as well as SAP and Maximo experience, would be a significant advantage.
