NOW HIRING: Meat Processing Factory Workers – Laverton North
We are currently seeking 4 reliable and hardworking factory workers to join a meat processing facility located in Laverton North. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling poultry products.
Position Details
2 x Day Shift Workers : 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
2 x Night Shift Workers : 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Shifts run Monday to Friday, with occasional additional hours.
About the Role
Removing plastic and other materials from bags of chicken parts (including head, neck, and feet)
Monitoring and maintaining the grinding machine that processes chicken into a puree
Assisting with chilling, conveyor operations, cutting, and packaging of the product
Maintaining cleanliness and safety around machinery and processing areas
What We’re Looking For
Forklift licence is required
However, forklift duties are limited and will only be assigned after 3 to 6 months of consistent employment
Physically fit and able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling raw poultry
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Shift Details
Fixed 4-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Flexibility for occasional overtime is a plus
