About the Position:
* Coordinate and deliver comprehensive searching and services, including bulk order requests, multi-state property searches, litigation searching, and tailored requests for clients.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of searches, maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Establish effective relationships with courts, councils, and other authorities to locate accurate information for client requests.
* Develop and present project quotes for clients, providing clear and concise instructions and expectations.

* You'll bring a background in clerical, administrative, or customer-facing roles, where client interaction and accurate processing are key components.
* Confidently manage workloads while maintaining a level head, thriving in fast-paced environments without losing perspective.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant experience and/or qualifications in the Legal, Conveyancing, or Searching industries.
* Familiarity with InfoTrack systems and services.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
