Jones Welding Solutions are recruiting for a Coded Welder / Pipefitter. We have a long-term contract for ongoing maintenance and shutdown works servicing South 32 refinery in the Southwest region.
We are looking for individuals with refinery and fixed plant experience who thrive on working in team environments and developing collectively.
Shift Details
Sportsman Roster: 5on 5off / 4on 4off
12-hour shifts
Dayshift only
Immediate start required
Qualifications
Pipefitting experience required
Able to pass weld test. Weld Qualification Required – MMAW/FCAW test in 6G position on carbon steel pipe
Valid Driving License
Working at Heights (within 2 years)
Confined Space (within 2 years)
Construction Induction Card (White or Blue card)
Rigging and Forklift tickets would be beneficial
Ability to pass a pre-employment and site medical testing

Fabrication
Project will require successful applicant to perform alternative duties (not welding or boiler making) when welding work is not available. This will be in line with capabilities and skill sets, and where appropriate training will be provided.
