Support Worker
We are seeking a Support Worker to provide personalized support and assistance to customers in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing daily living assistance, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management and household duties
* SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS IN ACCESSING COMMUNITY FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES such as appointments, social events and recreational outings
* Encouraging independence through skill-building, goal-setting and decision-making support
