Your role is to document compliance against company behaviours and practices, elevating their customer experience and helping them build a consumer preferred and trusted brand.
Responsibilities:
* Visit various car dealerships/shops/venues within a specific timeframe.
* Understand the "brief" or "requirements" of the visit.
* Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop.
* Submit your survey findings online within the deadline.
Skills needed:
* Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.
* Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/tablet and a Smart Phone.
* Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills.
* High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.
* A full drivers licence
* Must be 18 years or older to participate in mystery shopping assignments
