- Manage ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections with full independence
- Enjoy variety – occasionally assist with open homes & application processing
- Work with modern tech: PropertyTree, Inspection Manager & Flk It Over
- 5 working days per week, with a WFH day each week once probation is complete (likely Wednesdays)
- One RDO per month for mental health & wellness (excluding Mondays & days after long weekends)
- Join a supportive “all hands on deck” team who celebrate success together!
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience in property management
- Confident with PropertyTree, Inspection Manager & Flk It Over
- Autonomous worker with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Positive, progressive mindset with a passion for people & property!
