Job Title: Senior Operations Director
About the Role:
* Hotel Management Oversight:
Lead all hotel functions, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. Ensure housekeeping maintains exceptional cleanliness and aesthetic standards. Work closely with department heads to enhance hotel efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Culinary Experience Development:
Manage the hotel's restaurant and bar, ensuring top-quality food and beverage service. Strategically develop and introduce innovative culinary experiences. Oversee large-scale banquet operations, ensuring seamless event execution.
* Financial Performance Enhancement:
Develop, monitor, and manage financial plans, expenditures, and profitability. Analyze monthly financial reports to drive cost control and revenue growth. Implement strategies to maximize shareholder returns.
* Owner and Shareholder Engagement:
Maintain open communication and a strong relationship with the hotel owner. Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to enhance shareholder value. Focus on long-term strategies to drive financial growth and business success.
* Team Leadership and Motivation:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team across all levels. Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and service excellence. Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture.
* Guest Satisfaction and Experience:
Ensure exceptional guest service, promptly addressing all guest needs. Actively gather and respond to guest feedback to enhance service quality. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Marketing and Sales Strategy:
Work with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing hotel and banquet bookings. Strengthen brand visibility and establish a strong market presence. Personally lead sales missions and build relationships with key clients.
* Compliance and Safety Assurance:
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Oversee security measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a luxury 5-star environment.
* Proven experience in managing large banqueting and high-volume food and beverage operations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning.
