Through its mission, the organisation promotes youth empowerment, supports coaches' development, and strengthens communities.Role DescriptionThis is a volunteer role for a Youth Leadership Coach, based in the Central West (Mudgee, Dubbo), NSW, with the opportunity for online coaching.As a Youth Leadership Coach, you will coach and guide a student (aged *****) as they embark on a 22-week personal leadership journey.
You will be responsible for providing eight one-on-one coaching sessions, attending four half-day workshops, and a final community celebration event, supporting a student in delivering a community service project, and helping them develop essential leadership skills.
