About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at our Lithgow Community Health Centre.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care to individuals experiencing mental illness or mental disorder.
* Deliver comprehensive clinical services that are collaborative, least intrusive, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
* Work closely with consumers, their nominated carers, and families to create inclusive and responsive care plans.

We take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to their needs.
Your Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be a Registered Nurse Division 1, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* To have demonstrated mental health experience, including skills in Nursing Assessment and Interventions in community mental health.
* To have relevant knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2007 of NSW.
* To have excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with good interpersonal skills.
* To commit to principles of Recovery Oriented Mental Health Practice in mental health service provision.
* To have evidence and ability to meaningfully collaborate with consumers and their carers regarding mental health issues.
* To hold a Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
