Position Overview
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Hanshow's key clients in Australia and New Zealand. This role requires a strong mix of sales, business development, and account management skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and business drivers.
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling escalations and resolving issues effectively.
* Sales & Business Development
* Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives through proactive account planning and business development.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support new client acquisition.
* Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies.
* Account Strategy & Planning
* Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client business goals and Hanshow's growth strategy.
* Work closely with product, technical, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to management.
* Project Delivery & Support
* Oversee project execution and solution implementation within key accounts.
* Ensure smooth delivery, service quality, and after-sales support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Reporting & Compliance
* Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account reports to management.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or enterprise solution sales, ideally in retail technology, IT solutions, or SaaS platforms.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Experience in managing complex accounts and working with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
