are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a National commercial company who specialise in Commercial Fit Out.
Candidates are required to have a minimum 3 years relative management experience and demonstrate a sound understanding of building principals and regulations. Trade qualifications highly desirable.
You'll own day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, and programme on a fast-track, design-driven project.
Responsibilities
Manage all on-site works to programme, budget, and quality targets
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Enforce WHS, site safety plans, and risk controls
Plan short-term programmes and manage site logistics in tight environments
Liaise with the Project Manager, CA, and client reps
Oversee inspections, ITPs, and defect management
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman on commercial fit-out or refurb projects
Exposure to hospitality, F&B, or high-end retail preferred
Experience on projects
$10m+
Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management
Trade or construction qualification and current White Card
