Right now we are seeking a
**The opportunity**
Reporting directly to the Divisional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the marketing function across a group of brands within the Industrial & Specialist Services (ISS) division you will;
- Social media content creation, caption writing, management, and scheduling for multiple brands across the ISS division
- Grow presence and increase engagement on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Support the Marketing Manager to execute the social media strategy for the next 6-12 months
- Social media reporting and optimisation with guidance from the Marketing Manager
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create social media guidelines and process framework for ISS brands
- Copywriting, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials and blogs
- Assist in managing and updating website content, and landing pages
- Market and competitor research activities when required
- Attend and actively participate in weekly Work in Progress meetings

**hat you need**
This role requires a person who thinks outside the box and thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- At least 2+ years in the marketing and communications industry, working in an agency or client-side as a marketing coordinator with design knowledge and willingness to learn Canva
- Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media or Communications related fields
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or GMail).
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organised, good time management skills, and able to meet deadlines
- Must be flexible, able to work within a team, and has a positive attitude
