You don't need prior medical experience, what really matters is a great attitude. The role
* Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable and cared for
* Manage appointments, billing, and payments
* Answer calls, schedule bookings, and confirm appointments
* Enter patient information accurately into our clinical systems
* Help with general admin to keep the clinic running smoothly
Requirements
* Full working rights and permanent residency in Australia
* A friendly, professional, and approachable manner; you genuinely enjoy helping people
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Confidence using computers, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* A current driver's licence and access to a car
* Experience in medical reception, technician work, or HealthTrack is a bonus, but not essential
