IT Services Analyst Job Summary
VGW is an interactive entertainment company that harnesses technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play online social games. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Services Analyst to join our team in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support to colleagues across the business, resolving issues face-to-face and remotely.
* Manage user access, onboarding, and licensing to ensure systems remain secure and running smoothly.
* Take ownership of IT assets, from setup and configuration to audits and lifecycle management.
* Support modern workplace technology, including video-conferencing, AV equipment, and workstation setups.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing IT support role with strong problem-solving skills.
* A good understanding of SaaS environments, Windows/MacOS, and common workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
* Confidence supporting both office-based and remote colleagues across different locations.
* Hands-on experience with hardware setup, from laptops and docks to AV and video-conferencing systems.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
* Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are highly regarded but not essential.
