Lanser, a land developer with over 20 years’ experience delivering master planned communities, is seeking an Assistant Development Manager.
With a strong focus on creating residential estates that prioritise design, open space, and amenity, Lanser’s projects are shaping growth across Adelaide’s northern suburbs and hills corridor.
The Opportunity
- Encumbrance Management – Review and approve applications, liaise with owners, builders, and consultants, ensure compliance, and manage enforcement.
- Planning & Approvals – Support subdivision and built form applications, coordinate consultant reports, and secure approvals from Council and authorities.
- Landscape & Civil Delivery – Manage consultants, tenders, contractors, and construction through to handover; oversee landscaping from concept to completion.
- Site Maintenance & Presentation – Regularly inspect estates, coordinate contractors, respond to staff/resident requests, and maintain high presentation standards.
- Sales & Marketing Support – Provide pricing input, assist with on-site sales, and support development and marketing strategies.
- Legal & Financial Awareness – Understand approvals and agreements, manage bank guarantees, budgets, and invoicing, and support value management of packages.
About You
- Understanding of property development processes, from planning to delivery
- Confident managing consultants, contractors, and approvals
- Organised and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
- Commercially minded with experience in budgets and project outcomes
- Collaborative team player with a drive to grow in development management
