As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager with both residential and commercial experience to oversee multiple assets and ensure seamless operations.
The Role
As a Property Manager at Dankav Developments, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio, with a primary focus on residential properties and exposure to commercial assets. You will act as the key point of contact for residents, commercial tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring all properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operated to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the management and operations of multiple residential and commercial properties.
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and minor works in line with company standards.
* Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and day-to-day liaison.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant residential and commercial legislation, safety, and building regulations.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
* Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and financial documentation across the portfolio.
* Implement and maintain efficient property management systems and operational processes.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in residential property management, with commercial property experience highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of property legislation, tenancy law, and compliance requirements across both sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with a strong commitment to customer service and asset performance.
