About the Role
* You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products, including local and imported beverages.
* Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and service targets.
Requirements
* A commitment to providing great customer experiences.
* The ability to work with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
* To know your stuff, as you enjoy engaging with customers, you'll be a go-to person for customer queries.
* A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
